A caenagnathid oviraptorosaur. The genus was based on a foot specimen and was sunk into Chirostenotes by Currie and Russell in 1988, so it is generally treated as a junior synonym. Later work has debated whether the foot material belongs to a distinct animal, so its status is not entirely settled.
