Paraxenisaurus is a Greek-based name usually rendered as "near strange lizard". It was given to a very large, long-armed ornithomimosaur (a deinocheirid, related to Deinocheirus) from northern Mexico. The exact reasoning behind the "xenis" element is not something I can confirm with certainty.

A deinocheirid ornithomimosaur theropod; the type species is Paraxenisaurus normandorum. The etymology of the "xenis" element is my best interpretation and should be checked against the original description.
